Sam is well known Certified Value Specialist and is a Professional Engineer. He operated a major Value Method program for
many years.
Sam has trained more than a thousand people, facilitated over one hundred value studies, and generated Value Method Program
standards for several Federal agencies. Among his many Value Method activities, he has written numerous books, papers, program guidance, and other documents.
Sam formed SAMI VE LLC in 1995 in an effort to generate greater benefits for more companies
and individuals.
Watch for Sam's papers in the 1997 SAVE International Conference. At this conference, Sam is a co-author of two papers and
the sole author of another. He will also be presenting at the Federal Government Value Engineering Conference.
